COVID-19 Info

Our top priority has always been the health and safety of pets in our care, of pet parents and of our team. We've made the very difficult decision to reduce hours of operations at Wauconda and Lake Zurich as a direct result to the Illinois "Stay-At-Home" order by the Governor of IL.

The modified hours of operation will be from 7am-10am and 4pm-7pm Monday thru Friday and 7am-10am on Saturday. This is to accommodate the essential needs of our pet parents. We will be open by appointment only on Sundays until further notice. Again, this is in direct response to the Illinois "Stay-At-Home" order. If you have an emergency, please call the respective locations number and leave a detailed message. Lake Zurich - 847-726-7387 / Wauconda - 847-526-1388. We will communicate with you as soon as possible.

Pets currently in our care will continue to receive the very best attention and affection until we reunite them with you. We do ask for your assistance during drop off and pick-up process. When you arrive for pick-up or drop off, please call front desk to provide payment information. We will then instruct you on how we will bring your pet and belongings to you. We will be restricting all access into the Resorts until further notice.
